How to end a listing?

I am frustrated with eBay's "New and Improved Look".  Now I am trying to end a couple of my listings with incorrect information. When I click on "end listing" I get this "Something went wrong. Please try again". I tried again and again, and again, and keep getting the same reply.  How does one end a listing early, please?

You can only end 1 item as a time.   That could be why you are getting "something wrong" message.

I am trying to end one item at a time, not two.

What browser are you using?  Not trying to do this on the mobile app, correct?

I was using Firefox tonight trying to edit some listings and every time there was an error message.  Switched to edge and it worked fine.

I am using Firefox. Could that be the problem? Weird! Why?

No clue, because usually, I can use Firefox on here.  Several others have posted about this the past few days as well.  Try logging out and in with another browser and see it that corrects it.  

Who knows - e-bay has SO many glitches right now.  Good luck!  Sorry for the headache - I about gave up!
