How to delete an ad?

I have an ad I have to delete and restart to avoid monthly listing charges. 

When I thought I had deleted it a couple of months ago, the system says I didn't and charged me.

When I try to delete the ad I get the choices below.  I chose End, but then I get the second screen that demands I give a reson and my reason is not there.  It is a multiple item list and I just want to delete it.

You have to pick a reason.

Just pick the first choice. It doesn't really matter.

If you end and ad that means the item is "no longer available for sale". Once you relist the ad it is now again available for sale.
