Ebay's automated system has refunded a buyer who kept 1/2 of an item. There was 2 pieces. They kept one and the other showed up broken. Ebay automated system paid them back and left me with a ding on my ebay seller rating. This ding can put me below standards and ebay will charge me an extra 5% final value fees, until I go above standards. Which stays on your record for a year

This place is so passive aggressive. No help, wrong help and loss of funds.

I have never been so depressed by trying to help out any business... that at the end of the day doesnt have my best interest. There are enough poison buyers to always keep you depressed.
