I'm a Korean seller. My account is temporarily locked.
I wanted to ask eBay, but I couldn't. Please check the attached picture.
How can I deliver my situation to eBay headquarters?
This phenomenon continues for more than a week.
I'm using Chrome browser and deleted cache and cookies.

In the red block of verbiage in your screenshot, it says "Please xxxxx to speak with an Account Security Representative." It appears you've blocked out whatever words appear between "please" and "to speak with."
Why is that blocked out? Is it sensitive information?
Have you done whatever it says there for you to do to get this issue resolved?
As far as contacting eBay headquarters, that won't help you. You'll have to contact eBay via the website or Facebook or Twitter.

It's hard to see because it's written in red.It says, "Click here".
Even if you click on the red letter, they tell you to try again like the first picture.
No one could appeal my situation anywhere in the security center or customer center.
