Hi

i need to speak to eBay about a buyer who wants me to ship international when I clearly state I do not ship international. Not sure how to get assistance.

Check your listing again, is it marked US only, non international? Do you have the Global Shipping Program active? If so, then that's it, all you do is ship to their international shipping partner in Kentucky, from there they are responsible to send overseas, your part ends when you send to KY.

If the buyer indeed contacted you directly and is waiting on you to submit an invoice for international shipping, remind them of what your listing indicated, you do not ship international. Sorry, and ask them to cancel their bid.

Its not enough to say it, you have to go to Buyer Requirements and block bidders in locations you don’t ship to.
While you’re there, also block bidders with 2 or more unpaid item strikes in the past 12 months.

If he is asking you to ship internationally, cancel the transaction but make sure to choose the reason ‘issue with buyers address’.

Bids can’t be cancelled on a completed listing. The transaction has to be cancelled.

Hi Donna. The other poster is correct, it is not enough to say you do not ship internationally. Setting up your Buyer Requirements is very important, but to set your Shipping Preferences to exclude those countries you do not ship to, see the link below. This will walk you thru how to set up Shipping Exclusions. Once that is done, then buyers who do not have a domestic address will be blocked from buying or bidding on your items.
