After I approved buyer's return request and asked eBay to issue USPS pre-paid return label, I want to check where the item is now. However I am unable to see the tracking any more. How can I get that?

Not sure on this one but was it taken from your PayPal account and show tracking there.

You won't see a tracking number on your return Details page until the return begins to track. This is because eBay has given your buyer two choices:

1. Use the label the seller issued, or

2. buy your own tracking number.

No, if it was never used, the seller won't be charged.

Then I guess they would go to the open case and look at the bubbles on the top to see the return status. If the buyer returns item bubble isn't colored then it wasn't returned.

@siayan, eBay-issued return labels are not charged to the seller's PayPal; they are billed on the monthly invoice when they enter the millstream maelstrom mailstream.
