You only need the company name since it includes ALL brand's under that company.

As a seller, I don't worry about VeRO because I make sure I don't infringe on anyone's rights. That means I make sure my items aren't counterfeit, I use my own pictures and description. Never use a company's or another seller's photos or descriptions.
Don't use trademarked terminology if the item wasn't made by the company who owns the trademark, for example, a one-piece baby outfit isn't a "onesie" unless it was made by Gerber and something with a hook-and-loop closure isn't "Velcro" unless the closure IS Velcro.
Although there are some people who claim that rights owners report items because they don't want their items sold on ebay, that's not accurate. Legally obtained items are allowed by First Sale Doctrine unless a seller has signed a contractual agreement with the rights owner not to sell online.
