Hello there! I sold an item which used to sell too much until a guy wrote me a bad review (REVIEW NOT FEEDBACK) about it saying that everybody may find it cheaper... 😞 Where are the fields have to go and answer to him? Does anybody know?

You should report that review as they are supposed to be about the product itself and commenting on price isn't appropriate as many sellers may have that item for a range of prices.
