How to Sort Listings Alphabetically

I am trying to sort my listings alphabetically but under "sort by" I do not see "alphabetical" or "name" as an option. I looked at the page of someone I else I know and they are able to sort by name.

@imanisplace19 : On your listings page (here), just click on the "Title" column heading to sort into alphabetical order. For reverse alphabetical order, click the heading a second time. (Most columns can be sorted in this method.)

I clicked on the link and it worked - I could see the layout I wanted and sort alphabetically. But when I clear my cache, sign in, and sign out, it goes back to the way it was before. Could it have something to do with old vs new layout? If it does, how do I switch?

Why is it not an option? Is it because I do not have a paid account?
