How to Promote Items?

I am having a problem with promoted listing in seller tools, it shows no listing when I have 50 listing active right now but all are single items do they have to be 2 or more before they can be promoted? Is there a way to promote a single item? anybody know

Yes, they have to be multiple items of the same thing.

I'm not sure why.

Sure you need 10 in stock. I found to add stock 10. wait a few mins. Promote the listing, drop the stock to the correct one be in less than 10 and it worked. All depends on how many you have. If it's less than 10 I think that's the reason

You need at least two of something. I have some with only two and they work. Ebay stated in the recent spring update that maybe in the future single quanity listings would be allowed but not currently.

For whatever it's worth, I always by- pass any listing that is 'promoted', 'sponsored' or in any other way tries to scream at me like a carnival barker.
