How to Display Discount Over the Photos?

I am running a discount just like this, although my listings do not display the
EXTRA 10% OFF 2+ Item above the photo as shown in this photo?
What setting does this? I must be doing this wrong? Thank you

How are you setting the discount up?

Are you sure you enabled discount on the listing itself?

What is the Item Number of a listing not displaying properly?

It's done through Volume Pricing. You can edit your listing to add volume pricing or create voluming pricing through marketing -> promotions.

Here is one example of the 500 I have set for Volume Pricing.

I shows Volume pricing added in the Sellerhub,

But on the listing I see no mention of it - eBay item number: 353044223211
I still not can't figure out what I have wrong - any other ideas?

The image in your OP shows an Order Discount promotion, not volume pricing.

It appears you do not have any order discounts running at the moment (link).

You can set up order discounts on this page if you have a store subscription.

Edit: If it was Volume Pricing, the image would show text "SAVE UP TO 10% WHEN YOU BUY MORE" - it would not say "EXTRA 10% OFF 2+ ITEMS"

Volume Pricing is only good when you have multiples. It's not suited for one-offs.
