After lots of research in the community forum, I finally found a way to change the URL of an eBay store. In old versions when you changed the name of the store the URL would also change. There are also broken methods that try to opt-out of the new version but have stopped working.
This did not work for me. It said I could not change the URL because my store name (which it let me change a few months ago) is another members id. My question is why did it let me change the name of the store a few months ago.
