I buy very very little new merchandise here. Just so far today I've got 3 emails from sellers I have dealt with in the past with the latest greatest offerings. I can only imagine how bad it is for those who buy a lot of new items here. Bless you for having to deal with being added to all those spam lists after patronizing one of ebay's golden goose sellers.

lol The only ebay spam I get is from ebay telling me how easy it is to sell my i phone.
Are you following any sellers store, I think that puts you on their mailing list for news letters.
I guess in theory, you had a transaction with the seller, so they have your e-mail.
Most would never send e-mail to a one time buyer, but if you are a regular buyer...

Too darn much, probably 8 or 10 Ebay emails daily on my buyer account. Ebay doesn't hold a candle to spAmazon, though. I get 20+ daily from them

Nope all one time purchases. One a piece of pottery some time ago. One a new knife from last year and the other an auto part. Time for an unsubscribe purge i guess.

Only seller has signed me up for spam. I think it’s a newsletter they send out, I just delete it.

Like Dave says, I too get eBay ads telling me about hot cell phone selling.
Hot is right. When a seller gets ripped off on a phone it is hot as in now stolen and with no-return-required, they even get it sent right to them along with a refund. It's eBay's R & R customer service gifting... better known as accessories to grifting. R&R is Refunded & Retained
