* How many products do I post every day and my eBay account ranks Bellow Standard ?
* Wait After the first product is sold, then post a second product ? Or do I post products even if they don't get sales ?

The account you've posted with doesn't show any sold listings. How could it be Below Standard?
That aside, list as many items as eBay will let you. As a new seller, there will be limitations, but always list to your limit.
