The details of the offer explain that you must add "Best offer".

The details of the offer mistakenly say that the only excluded durations are 1 and 3 days (hey, 1 day isn't even an optino for fixed price listings!).  Actually it only works for 30 day duration (and maybe also for "Good until canceled").

Is this the one that requires you to also add Best Offer to the listing to get the promotion? That is the one that I got.

Not according to the "fine print" in the version that I got.  In two different places, it specifies that the only excluded durations are 1 and 3 days.

I don't do best offers. It will be a offer I won't be able to use. But that's ok. I have already started selling on other sites. Ebay you don't want the small sellers.

Yeah should have clarified the 30days was found to be true when using them. But the BO part was there.

after calling 6 different departments and hearing 6 different excuses which all did not make sense

I finally figured it out why it was not working

thanks to the ebay community I figured that it was my fault for NOT READING correct

as soon as I added the BEST OFFER to the listing it worked !!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, why we need that wordy disclaimer terms & conditions is, well, annoying. That's all I'm saying.
