Some lunatic left me 20 negatives at once today on a bogus item not received. Tracking shows delivered, so I know I win the claim and the negs go away. I am just not sure how long it takes because it has never been enough of them at once for me to care.

Search for 'Report Buyer'. Follow the link and choose the option regarding claiming INR when delivered and include the tracking number in your comments. They will remove the negs, fairly quickly when I had to do it. You may, unfortunately, need to do this for each item.

Feedback rolls off your percentage in 12 months
If you won the INRs any feedback left by the buyer will be removed. Usually within 24-72 hours sometimes faster.

The bigger question is, with this terrible platform, the broken search engine and throttling, how were you able to sell 20 items?
Didn't you hear, ebay is dead. 😉

Paige,
You will need to call it in. They will file an appeal for you over the phone and they will remove it for you within 24hrs. eBay just very recently updated their feedback removal process to once again allow sellers to have feedback removed on INRs and cancelled transactions. If they have already approved the removal, it takes about 24hrs to come off the account.

This seems excessive , did they open item not recieved cases ? If so you will be able to get ebays help in three days. They wait three days now for reasons that don’t make sense when you have proof of delivery. It would be great if buyers would reach out before leaving bad feedback EBay should make that a rule ! I would reach out to your buyer and also suggest they call their postmaster for assistance as well . USPS knows where they leave things and can be helpful.

Although your profile tells me that you have 20 negatives, in scrolling down, I don't see any and your percentage rating doesn't reflect that. So you must have had success in getting them removed, but eBay did not change your feedback profile to reflect that? Did your buyer open 20 INR cases?

Dayum - what a way to start off the day. 😒

If you click on 20 in the feedback rating box they appear.

If they were shipped ESE, I wouldn't say it's bogus.
If they were scanned as delivered today, buyer might not receive them until sometime next week.

It was indeed ESE, however I explained to them that they often showed delivery early and to get back with me if they don't appear by monday. Then they filed the case and left 20 negatives.

Before these 20 I had 1 negative in the past year, I am pretty sure it was at 100 percent positive (this is my secondary account, so I don't pay a ton of attention to the stats). I was never the type to pursue any sort of feedback removal as I never found it to be worth the time to do so.

If you use tracking...the tracking number has to be on each trading card item sold...not as a package.
So you need to add the same tracking number to each trading card sold...which I think you can still do...but I am not sure.
I have buyers make a purchase of multiple items and I mail it all together but I add the tracking on each item.
I have had to add tracking on as many as 40+ items...with the same tracking number.
This sounds like a 'smart cookie buyer' taking advantage of you. Fight it!
Negative feedback will stare at you for one year...from my experience.

The tracking number is attached to every item, as it is automatically when it is all a single order or if you combine the orders on the shipping screen and buy the postage through ebay.
I thought you shipped everything with stamps?
