Hi
Ok let's take a case where seller sold something as new and it was his/her mistake as item was used.
Buyer request a return and Ebay issues them a return label.
Now where in my account do I see the Ebay charge for the return label ? Ebay charges me, right?
Thanks

If the seller listed it as new, but it was used, the seller would pay return shipping if the buyer filed the correct case.

You are charged for that return label once the Buyer ships it back.
If they never ship it back, you are not charged for that label.

Ebay would use the available funds from your seller account to get reimbursed for the label. Otherwise they can take it out from your bank account.
And before you say "They can't do that that's my bank account" keep in mind you signed a power of attorney legal document that allows ebay to withdraw + add to your bank account.

I'm not sure exactly where it will appear, but I would imagine under your Payments as Other Fees. And yes, they will charge you after the PO bills them. What they provide are Return Service labels. The PO decides what service to use and bills eBay who then bills you. You won't know the cost until you see the charge in your account.

@weatherloachOn your Seller Hub page, hover over Payments, the go down and select All Transactions. All payments in and out will be shown there. The labels will not show here until the label has been used. Fedex can take forever to post charges (regular labels that we purchase on ebay, not necessarily the ones ebay provides for returns.) I started making a note of the cost for any return labels that ebay provides as it can be a pain to look it up later. I need that info as some people admit they ordered the wrong thing and I need to keep track of how much to deduct from the refund. A simple spreadsheet is a big help - or you can keep a hard copy of your sales and any pertinent info. Mine has date - item - $ paid - ebay fees - shipping paid - shipping actual - and Notes. I hope this helps!

@weatherloachI forgot to add that once you're under All Transactions, you'll see a drop down for All Types. Click that, then choose Shipping Labels. it makes it easier than sorting through every payout.

Remorse return: Buyer pays the return shipping.
Not as described/damaged/broken: Seller pays the return shipping.
Buyer prints out the return label. The label gets charged to the seller.
