I can't figure out how to stop auctions from AUTO RELISTING.

You end them prior to the ending time.

Go to the part of the listing that says "pricing". To the far right you will see "pricing options" in small print. Click on that and scroll down near the bottom and you will see an auto relist function to turn off.

My account doesn't have that option. Very strange.
