How do you stop Ebay from combining items?

If I list a item that is 25 pounds and it takes the whole box to fit the item and I am selling another item in the same size box and weight Ebay combines the order in the same size box at 50 pounds. I have to ship it in two boxes and it cost me almost double.

Check the Combined Shipping rules you have set up and adjust them as needed.

I stopped combining years ago, found it was becoming an epidemic of 'I only recieved one, wheres the other one'.  Its no loss to you as a seller to ship seperately, kindness tends to lead to more problems.
