About 2 weeks ago a customer wanted me to do a customer order. Rather than make a new listing where someone could purchase the item before him I sent an offer via the Ebay message system. He wants another custom order but I no longer see the option. So how do I send an offer again?
You could make a listing for what he needs at a fairly high price and put Make Offer on it. If he makes an offer for the price you agreed on, simply accept it. That makes it so that he has a good chance of buying it and you aren't wasting your time.
