I have put some rare and vintage books on ebay, but I have a couple of set of books that they all have ISBN numbers. How do I put the set on ebay with multipule ISBN numbers?

This is how I do it. Use the most popular or most valuable one as the book to be showcased and make sure to list the other ISBN numbers in the description.
Vera & Her Friends + Marjolein Bastin ISBN 9780812056891 9780812056891 | eBay
Also check bookfinder to see if there is a separate ISBN for the set.

It is not necessary to include an ISBN code in your listings -- just enter "Does Not Apply."
The eBay ISBN catalog is filled with information errors, based on erroneous information which has NEVER been corrected, even though eBay has been notified of these errors for YEARS.
Some of these errors include incorrect author names; incorrect publishing companies; incorrect page counts; incorrect genres; incorrect summaries; incorrect copyright information; and so on, and so on.
And remember -- eBay warns on EVERY listing that the SELLER is responsible for ALL of the information provided in the listing; so, if a buyer opens up an "item not as described" case against you, due to the erroneous information supplied by eBay to an ISBN code, you will LOSE the case 99.999% of the time.
Don't bother with the ISBN code -- just enter "Does Not Apply."

In the ISBN box put SEE LISTING, then list the numbers is the description.

I disagree. If you add it to the title it turns up in google searches. Adds more eyes to the listing.

Thank you to everyone for the information.

When you create the listing, you can an add your own item specifics. In your situation that would be additional ISBN numbers. Those would be searchable on eBay and also on external search engines.

What I was attempting to point out to the OP (and others) is that the eBay ISBN catalog is filled with ERRONEOUS information. If the OP were to insert an ISBN code into their listing that matches an ISBN code currently in the eBay ISBN catalog, there is a VERY high probability that the listing will include errors that were implanted by eBay -- as I had pointed out. And the seller is responsible for that erroneous information -- and NOT eBay.
That's why I stopped using ISBN codes in my eBay book listings many, many years ago -- too much erroneous information that eBay refuses to correct.
Furthermore -- ISBN, UPC, MPN, etc codes are NOT permanent: publishers and manufacturers are deleting and re-using ISBN, UPC, MPN and other product codes on a regular basis. As I have described on previous threads, I was employed as a lead person by a national bookseller for 13 years; and, every week, all the leads were given multi-page computer print-out sheets of ISBN and UPC codes which were being deleted by the publishers and manufacturers. Once we shipped all that inventory back to the distributors, those ISBN and UPC codes were "dead" -- until the publishers and manufacturers chose to re-use the codes again on NEW items, months later. These new items were NOT identical to the previous books or products, their only similarity being in the source code inserted inside the ISBN and UPC.
Thus, another reason to stop relying on the sanctity of ISBN, UPC, MPN and other codes -- these codes were primarily designed to simplify accounting and inventory procedures; but they are NEVER to be considered as singular to a single, finite item, since they are regularly deleted and re-used, as decided by the publisher and manufacturer.
Use ISBN, UPC and MPN codes at your own risk.
