There is nothing to work out ebay will bill you at the end of the month for your seller fees as usual .

You list with local pick up.

Your item sells. eBay adds their cut to your monthly invoice at the time the buyer commits to buy.

Buyer comes. Pays you cash. Takes item.

You go to your account, and mark item paid. Item shipped.
