You’ll need a new business plan.
Even if you got the DVDs for free, you’d be paying about 15% in fees and a few bucks to ship.
How hard do you want to work to make $1?

You can’t.
I looked at your 5 listings.
Welcome to selling on Ebay!
Might I suggest you read some of EBay’s tutorials (for example, the fee schedule) and selling tips?
Perhaps click into people’s listings to see what constitutes a good one?
Do you know how to search completed listings to get an idea of desirability and pricing?
The boards. An be a good resource for you.

* I bought my manila envelopes at Staples by the 100 box and it broke down to .14 per. Your costs my be higher or cheaper. With an eBay store I get the free shipping supplies so its actually free for me. You can also cut the 9x11's down and get 2 packages out of them making it .08
** I didn't include the cost of tape or the labels simply because I use MY packing tape for everything, same thing goes for my printer and ink so I don't count the costs in my business.

I was bored and just plugged in the numbers on my excel file, and had the shipping weights from my DVD's.
I charge 2.99 for my dollar store DVD's I got for .55 (cause I don't have that paper), and I make em pay for shipping. Your mileage may vary.
Edited to Add:
If you are in MP (Managed Payments) Hang it up it won't fly with the new fees.

I sell DVDs here as often as I can get them. My advice is to either sell series (i.e., a year's worth of TV shows), or lot them up by genre. If I sell a single DVD it's usually a hard to find one. I do pretty well when I sell them.

Unless you have box sets or specific "rare" DVD's you will not make a profit the way you are doing it. What you need to do is sell in groups of at least 3 or more and raise your price per "lot".

The exact weight isn't crucial, because Media Mail is priced per pound. Even a set with a couple of discs will cost $2.80 to ship, if it's not over a pound.

Make bundles, two and three or even four and five DVD's together. You will want to watch your package's weight, size and type as well to keep shipping costs in mind.
