How do I upload a picture to an existing eBay request that is open? I’m the seller and I have a lying buyer that opened a request against me. I remember there used to be a button that said “attach photos” or something, but I can’t find it anymore.

As far as I know, you can only upload photos to returns filed in your Managed Returns page... not to cases within your resolution center.
But I agree... ebay should allow you to upload photos to cases within res center. Now whether ebay will even look at them, who knows.

Thank you. That's highly disappointing that eBay does not have the option of adding photos to other types of cases (INR for example) other than returns cases. I thought that there would've been a way. Guess it's true that eBay sucks up to buyers and could care less about sellers...

Well as a buyer, I have a lying seller and I'm not able to add any photos either to a disputed case.

This thread is almost 2 years old and my guess is the "lying buyer" got their refund. Did you file a return or item not received case? You should be able to file a return and photos aren't required. It's Ebays Money back guarantee. Make sure you are in the 30 day time frame to file a return. What is the basis of your problem? Could you give more info? Lots of people here to help.

I've got it figured out .. just wanted to point out that I don't believe that "eBay sucks up to buyers and could care less about sellers" and that "lying buyers" and "lying sellers" both are not able to add photos to open cases.

That feature pretty much ended as many of our members on Ebay are somewhat computer challenged and didn't know how to go about posting a photo. Glad everything worked out for you.
Have a great day.
