How do I turn off Unpaid Item Assistant

The annoying thing won’t let me open a UI dispute. Item sold 4 days ago.

It will open automatically 96 hours after the item sold. You say it's 4 days but its NOT 96 hours. You need to be patient. Once it opens up, the buyer still has a few days to pay. The case will close automatically if they do not pay. If I recall , the buyer has 4 additional days to pay after the case opens. That is exactly 96 hours , 4 full 24 hour days.

The UIA can be set to automatically open the unpaid item claim at a variety of intervals ranging from 2 days (48 hours) up to 30 days after the transaction.  His assistant might be set for 4 days, but it could be for much longer.  Since the minimum of  2 days has passed, there's no need for the OP to wait any longer.
