Many times I've had someone purchase more than one item and it is easy to put two items in one box and add the single tracking number to the 2nd sale. Today I need to put one sale into two boxes, with two tracking numbers. Is this possible? I've seen the "print another label" pop up as I'm printing labels, but always assumed that was for re-printing a label that printed wrong. What do I do to get a second label with a unique tracking number to ship an order that is too big for one box? And will both trackers automatically load to the single sale?

Hi Pv,
So nice to see ya posting by the way.
I have done this so many times it became natural.
Once we packed everything I simply went and printed a label for the first box. Then when you go back to printing a label it gives you a choice to print another label.
Just keep using this option and all the tracking info will roll into the drop down shipping info.
Hope this helps.

Just one tip (from the school of hard knocks), when shipping FedEx, you have to click the LINK for "print another label" and not just edit the shipping label screen. Otherwise you are changing the label you just printed. They don't like it at the FedEx store when you have the same label on two boxes... hehe.
