I just had a hero of a customer service rep help me on the phone and I would like to send in a note that hopefully his supervisor might get to see. He was so patient and took time to help, and as so many reps don't bother I want to put it on record how good he was.
I'm hoping I might get an automated "rate your experience" email, but if I don't does anyone know of a way to send in customer feedback?

You should indeed get an automated survey from Customer Service you can complete to rate your representative. I always do--I receive a survey even when I visit a help page on the website.
If you don't receive one, perhaps you can call again and request one.
P.S. I've always had a positive experience when I've had to contact Customer Service.

Update: I just received an email asking for a review of my experience, so I was able to send in my comments. Yay!
Interesting that I didn't receive an email for the call I had a couple of days ago with the rep who didn't send me the reports she said she would. hmmm... 🙂
