I sold a pair of Valentino heels. The buyer is asking to return them. I want to send her a prepaid return label, but can’t find a way to do that. Maybe because I didn’t say I accepted returns in the ad? Is there a way to do this? thanks
Instead of the buyer 'asking to return them', the buyer should open a Return request. When you approve it, the label goes to the buyer. Doesn't matter what the Return policy was in your listing. Good luck.
