Hi, I sold an item to someone who put the wrong zip code and my item was shipped back to me. Is there anyway I can ship back the item I sold with the correct information, buyer wants to pay. Thanks.

E-Bay would want you to "refund" the current order and re-list for your Buyer to re-buy with the correct address and re-ship with e-Bay shipping.
If you re-buy the label and tweak just the zip code, I assume that counts as there is likely e-bay emails between you and your buyer showing the error is the Buyer's error, but honestly have no idea if the counts for your Seller compliance or not. This is debated on the boards from time to time. Assuming once you buy the new label, it enters that information again into that order. What that does to the shipping metrics for that order, I have no idea. Probably does a re-set, but with all the changes, might not.
Unfortunately, in MP, there does not appear to be a way to generate a new invoice for the Buyer. Am guessing that is how e-Bay wants it, so you have to refund on the first transaction and have your Buyer re-purchase the item.
Good luck on what you decide. You do not mention if this is an expensive item, etc or how much shipping you are talking about? For me, those factor into my decisions on this type of thing.

Print another EBAY label with corrected zip code (you will be charged for label). Send buyer photo of label costs and ask her to put money in your PayPal account.
