How do I remove ratings and reviews from my listing? I have Googled the problem, but most of the info available is old and tells me to go to "My Ebay > Account > Site Preferences". Well.... it has since changed and the setting is no longer there.
I have one single listing active right now and I believe one of the reviews is preventing the item from selling. It says "Does not work with the Phantom 3". I know for a fact that the item does work, because I happen to own a Phantom 3 and one of the items. I'm thinking that that review was for a simular item... and not mine.
I even tried to re-list the item under a slightly different category. It worked at first, but then an hour later, the dang founded review popped back on there.
