just yesterday After evaluation I am now below standard. All my items are in the 60th or 100th or so postion in the search results. I have 3 closed cases without seller resolution. 0.49% defect from that. I have 1,077 items sold but the transaction rate is 3 of 612 transactions of cases closed without seller resolution. How much do I have to sell to get out of this mess? I never realized that just “responding” to buyers on the resolution would still get me in trouble. You have to either upload a tracking or refund the buyer. I thought just replying and working things out would make things go smoothly. Some buyers never replied and waited till the case was closed with a refund. Never paid attention to my defects till now. I’m still pretty new despite my 90 day totals are over 1000 items sold. Just want to know how to rise back up. Over the phone they kept saying I’ll be top rated after this evaluation, but that was a lie.
