Buyers can't cancel an order, they can only ask the seller to cancel.

When a buyer requests the cancel, the seller does not get a ding. You can safely cancel using “zbuyer requested”.

The buyer can only REQUEST to cancel.
Only the seller can cancel.
When you cancel the sale, just check "buyer requested" as the reason.
