How do I get email notifications of Best Offers?

I’ve missed about 20 offers now on a buy it now item I’m selling because I’m not receiving any email notices. I can hardly find any seller notifications settings. Where and how please

I get an email and an ebay message whenever someone sends me an offer.

However if you're asking because you see a bunch of expired offers on one of your items they may be expired offers that you sent to watchers. It's usually the case when this question gets asked. The usernames are anonymized on offers sent to watchers.

I don't think offer notifications can be turned off they should always be on.

At least I don't see it under seller notifications.

Use the app!! Stay logged in on the eBay app and get notifications on your phone in real time when you get an offer, have a message or make a sale. Most email services only send push notifications for “VIP” emails. You have to mark the eBay emails as VIP to get the notifications on them.
