How do I get ebay to call me? Or call them?

First time I needed to contact ebay in a while, and it is important. 

It the chat or email the only way now???

Ask users on the boards: you may get better and more accurate advice on situations than a lot of CS reps give out..

eBay does not have a public number for you to call. At the moment, the link for a call back appears to be hidden as the last option in the chat window.

For general questions you can try asking on the discussion boards.

Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat assistant option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent".

Thank you, It is all good, I found a way to call them. I am not going to post how because if to many use

it they will remove that to.
