A payment from a sale was frozen after the buyer filed a NAD case. Buyer contacted me after I approved the return request saying that she decided to keep the item. She said that it wasn't what she expected, but she now really likes it. She's even interested in buying more. Do I have to wait until Nov 9 to get the case closed? She has until that long to send it back (which she's obviously now not going to do). I haven't wanted to bug her about it, but should I ask her to close the case? Can she do that?
