How do I find my ebay invoice?

I know, dumb question. I havne't sold in many months... but kept paying my monthly store fee so I wouldn't lose my history of my BINS. Payment comes out automatically each month from PP. But... I happen to WANT to pay the $20.  NOW.... and I can't find where to pay it on this new dumb page. Went to help section, it said "go to My Ebay, click on Account Tab..." well, there is no account tab. There's Overview, Orders, Listings, etc. 

So where'd they hid the invoice or PAY ON MY ACCOUNT button? Jeez, such a simple thing, you'd think it'd be the easiest thing to pay ebay early one month.... 

(and I HATE this new page, I just want to click on MY EBAY and have my orders come up.... UG. I know, I can't complain when I've been out of selling for a while... sigh...) I'm already going through all seller announcements, gearing up to know what has changed... 

help me to pay ebay money...!! (have you ever heard that one before? LOL)

Click on "Seller Account" in your Dashboard.

I'm not seeing that page you have. My "my ebay" brings up a page with:

tabs: Overviww, Orders, Listingsw, Marketing, Performace, Growth

and there's sections under that for:

Tasks     Sales       Orders

Listings   Sales     Traffic

For me, it's very easy to access:

My eBay -> Selling -> Seller Dashboard -> Seller Account

found it... I have to reset "my Ebay" to summary page instead of "selling" page.
