Buyer opened not as described instead of didnt like or remorse when item was described properly. I accepted the return, refunded when I got it back and reported. How do I file now for the shipping credit. Thanks!

You don't get the shipping back. The buyer opens a "not as described" so they do not have to pay for the shipping. The seller has to pay shipping both ways when the buyer does that. It is a scam buyers use to get free returns promoted by Ebay.

What should I do if I receive a false item not as described claim?
Top Rated Sellers who offer 30-day-or-longer returns will receive a return shipping label subsidy for item not as described claims on eligible transactions. If a buyer makes a false claim, please accept the return and report the buyer to us. You will receive a shipping label credit to your monthly invoice and we will automatically remove any negative and neutral feedback, defects, and open cases in service metrics.
So now, the questions are, @brettyg599 :

I just checked the item had 30 day returns, and I am top rated seller. Can you outline how to file for it.?

By reporting the buyer when you refunded them that took care of it. If eBay determines that you're eligible then you'll see the shipping credit on your next invoice or possibly the one after that - I don't remember the timing.

- Are you a Top Rated Seller?
- Do you offer 30-day-or-longer returns?
That is nice of eBay - however, I fail to see why one has to be a TRS for this to happen? There are plenty of long-established, honest and reliable sellers on eBay who - for one reason or the other, most often, for not having met the 100 items sold / year requirement - lost their TRS status or have not achieved it yet. So, for eBay to allow these sellers to be scammed by these unethical people is not fair. So, if you had 99 sales during the past 12 month, you do not qualify for protection from these people, but if you made 100 sales within the past 12 months and all other metrics are perfect - then you do?
ALL cases where the buyer either purposefully or accidentally selects the return reason "Item not as described" should be reviewed where warranted, credited the shipping fee.
