I got this from the Site Map at the bottom of this page. But it wasn't easy to find.
Note that if your listing is an Auction, you must cancel all bids first, or you will be required to sell to the highest bidder.
And the listing number is on the right side of the listing just above the Description.

You cannot cancel a listing if it is an auction with bids. You can, but you have to cancel the bids and then end the listing. Ebay will charge you anyway as eBay and buyers hate sellers who cancel auctions. If it is just a normal BIN listing just end it.
