Buyer did not pick up his package from PO and it was returned to me. He wants me to resend it, I said sure, but you will have to pay for the shipping costs.
How do I get that from him? We used to be able to send an invoice through Paypal, but I I don't know his email address to do that, and if I ask him for it, ebay will flag the message because it's not allowed to put email addresses in their messaging system.
I do not think English is his native language, so it's a little hard to communicate with him anyway, to explain this to him.
Suggestions?

If there has been a recent transaction, you should be able to exchange information without any problems.
Send them an invoice through Pay Pal to cover the extra shipping.

It's been over 2 months. I guess I can tell him to try and send me his email address.
If that doesn't work, about the only other thing I can think to do is -cancel transaction, refund him minus shipping costs and tell him to buy again. Can you do partial refunds now, do you know?
What a pain.

If it's been that long, you might have a problem exchanging information, I don't know.
As long as it's been, don't think you'll be able to cancel the order, but you can send a partial refund.

This happened to me once, as a buyer. I found something else the seller listed that I wanted, and he agreed to list it as buy-it-now with a few dollars added to the original price to cover shipping the first package back to me.
He agreed, and when he got the package back, I bought the second item and he shipped everything to me in one box.
Communication is key.

We just went thru this - Buyer's phone is on order sheet. I emailed them a time I would call. We worked it out while on the phone - they gave their email, I sent Paypal invoice while on the call, they paid it while still talking, we re-shipped to FL.
