Hello all, I need to wisdom of the Ebay community. I have the second tier store subscription and have about 200 items on commission for someone. The person I am selling for is going on vacation this summer, twice, and I won't be able to get to the items to ship them if something sold. It would be great if I could bring the items to my house, but their just is not enough room. How can I archive the listings so that I don't have to start from scratch when I am ready to relist them. I know people used to do it through Turbolister and I am sure their is a way to do it. I am afraid of trying something and then going to relist the items in a few weeks and finding out the listing are not there anymore. I don't want to have to redo 200 listings. I would appreciate advice if anyone else has done this and how they did it. Thanks so much.

They will stay in eBay unsolds for 90 days and turbolister is only going to be available until June. On the last update we were told there will be another option for us through seller hub but so far it hasn't come to fruition.

Just end the listings, then relist when she returns. They're available in My eBay for 90 days.
Or, when you end them, immediately schedule the relist for her return date. Since you have a Store, you'd be charged 10 cents if you use the Scheduler option to actually launch the listings, but there's no fee if you go back later and launch the listings by removing the Schedule option so that the listing is launched whn you click on "Save".

I only need a few weeks at a time, so 90 days should be plenty. It seems with drafts how long they are saved seems to depend on how many drafts there are. Thanks for the reply. I knew things had changed with Turbolisted, but I haven't ever used it much. I appreciate the help.

I know this is an old thread, but I found a way. Save listing(s) as a template. I have a template that is already over a year old. I dont know if they ever expire.

I have thought about doing this exact same thing, but was afraid not all the info would show up. Do all your specifics, such as price, weight, box dimensions, complete description, etc., show up on your template?? TIA

Hi everyone, I wanted to add that you can turn the Out Of Stock feature on and reduce the quantity of the listings to 0 - this will keep the items active on the site for existing or future watchers, but prevent the items from showing up in search results, and prevent any purchases from being made (since there are no available quantity). Items will remain on the site for up to 3 consecutive billing cycles with a quantity of 0 before we will end the listings. This option would allow you to avoid losing existing watchers, and may be easier for you than ending listings and then relisting them later depending on the number of listings you need to take action on.
