How do I add a video to my listing?

Hi I'm looking for help with adding a video to my listing. I'm unable to do so on my phone through the app and now on my PC I'm still unable to do so. Can anyone help me please

The last empty box when listing photos is to list videos. I am using a desktop. Is it not there? Hope this helps.

Do you have a laptop or desk top computer?  You might want to try it that way.

I am able to add video only on my desktop, not on my iphone. 
I hope ebay addresses this, because it adds a couple more steps to listing.
