I'm selling some 3b CPAP wipes but the weird thing is yesterday I got a letter delivered to my house and they're telling me to actually pull the item otherwise they will get my items all pulled from eBay. I contacted eBay they said they would never give out my information so how did this company actually get my physical address? I don't think they can actually do anything can they? Lol

Yes, they can. You need to remove them immediately. All it takes is one report to Ebay telling them you are selling in the medical field without a license or permission. You have to be approved by Ebay and allowed to list it by the manufacturer. Ebay will remove the listing. If you relist you will be banned from Ebay.

You can request contact info from eBay but you would have also received theirs in return. Could they or one of their stooges purchased from you in the past? They might if they are VERO get their items removed but, they can not get all your other items removed. Did it say why they want them removed? I would say if they could get them removed they would have already.

Maybe one of their employees bought something from you?
You’d be surprised how easy is to find someone these days. There are many skip tracing websites that sells all kinds of private information about us. This includes any aliases like eBay Id’s people may have.
I have used them many times for a real estate business I have.

^^This^^
Companies will do this, and if the seller doesn't comply they send a VERO notice to Ebay so the listing(s) will be immediately pulled.
I suppose a heads up is better than going straight to a VERO takedown.

this^^^^^
Or a competitor is the poser.
Simple Vero request (if registered) would seem like the path that would be taken rather than a "letter".

They can only file a compliant to Ebay to have their items removed for a VERO infraction, not all of your listings. Since the company did not send the message through Ebay I would punt the ball, ignore the letter, and let them contact Ebay and let Ebay remove your listing. Or perhaps send them a letter telling them to file a VERO complaint to Ebay and note you will continue to enjoy your legal right to the first sale doctrine.

Tagging on with others...Yes they can. Take them down as soon as possible. This company does not want you selling their merchandise for what ever reason. My guess is you are not an authorized dealer or salesperson.

Wow thanks everyone for all your help!!!
I will go ahead and take them down only because I was thinking of using them myself.
