There are currently 385 listings under the user name "ddstub_78".

If that is the account that was suspended, the suspension has obviously been lifted.

If taking each picture and doing all the work for every item you list to sell on eBay . . . .

is overly burdensome,
perhaps eBay is not for you.

OR you could maybe pay somebody to take those pictures and do that work for you.
Just be sure to roll those labor costs into your asking prices.

Don't worry about what other sellers do, concentrate on what you do.  Me, I use my cellphone take images then move them to my PC and using a paint program like paint.net which is free crop them if need be and then just bulk upload them from a file folder.

Someone may have reported you for using their photos. If that happens a few time, you may get suspended.

I know I reported a seller for using my photos they took from my website.

I use photos from the internet, but have gotten permission to use them.

I usually contact the manufacture and ask for copies of their photos for advertising.
