   Proofread and correct listing errors, spelling, and English usage.

   Get familiarized with eBay policies

   Accept, Adjust, and Adapt to eBay changes

   Always be thankful to your customer base

   Ship when eBay tells you it's time to ship

   Use local pickup and cash for expensive items (or Craigslist)

   Avoid CS reps until their identity crisis is over

   Research a problem for a solution before coming here to whine and be embarrassed

   Come here when help is really needed from seasoned sellers

   Keep things in perspective before stomping out the door

   Be thankful eBay handles state sales taxes for us!
