How can a user block another user?   I ask since I tried selling a SSD and a user who sells them as well won the bid and immediately requested to cancel the order.   This is unethical behavior so I want to block this user to prevent him from seeing my items for sale. 

I tried complaining thru ebay but there is nothing i could find to do anything regarding filing a complain.

Add the user to your Blocked Buyer List. Good luck.

You can block them from buying from you, just go to seller help, & type in block a seller & follow the directions, I don't think you can actually block them from viewing your items.I have had it happen to me as well, There are plenty of unethical sellers here unfortunately

You're correct, adding someone to the Blocked Buyer List only prevents purchases, it does not hide your items, but for the purposes of OP's request that should be fine.
