How can a buyer open a case on an unpaid item?

Just that.  Buyer's opened an INR/SNAD case on an item that isn't even paid for.  I can't open an unpaid item case on it now.

I should think that it would be relatively easy to win an INR or SNAD dispute by entering in the fact that the item is not paid for into the dispute response.  Of course, this is eBay so who knows?!  You'll probably have to call eBay.

You might want to check Paypal. If you can't open an unpaid case, then the item has been paid for.

Call customer service. And bring this up in community chat on wednesday. Cs allegedy cannot change snad cases but they certainly should close it asap. And give the buyer an unpaid stike.

What kind of case did the buyer open?  No need to bring anything up in the weekly chat. Buyers are allowed to file a case whether they have paid or not. Only on eBay right? It’s because they may have paid using a method eBay can’t see. Which means they aren’t covered by the money back guarantee anyway but this is eBay. They let the buyer open a case anyway
