How can I tell how many Final Value Fee promos I have left?

So I got two final value promos that give 25% or 50% off for an item listed during the promo period.

However, after the listing period ends ends, the promo offer goes to the History section of the Promotional offers section of the sell page.  In the history section, instead of having a counter, like - Used 1 : Left 4 - it just says "Expired."  (Keep in mind that even though the listing PERIOD for the promo is over, the promos are still in effect for the eligible items you've listed during this period.)

So I can't tell which promos I've used or how many I have left.  Is there any way to view this counter  as if the promo were "active"?

I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic but are FVF promos not common?  I seem to get them once a month... usually 50% off but occasionally something great like $1 MAX FVF on any sale or $20 max on any sale.

Not being sarcastic.  I didn't even know such things existed.
