How can I suspend Unpaid Item Assistant for one listing?

Over in my selling account I have a buyer who wants to bid on a couple more items related to the one he bought and combine shipping on all 3 - only the 2 auctions dont end until middle of next week on the same day the UPI would close on his first one. Its going to open on him tonight if I cant figure out how to suspend the UPI assistant on his one purchase.

There used to be an Other Actions option to suspend the UPI assistant on a case by case basis. Now in this new Seller Hub I cannot find the option anywhere. Can anyone point me to where its gone?

(Np problems with the buyer here. We are all good but I dont want him to have the assistant suddenly open a UPI on him tonight after I agreed to hold off until later in the week & send him a combined invoice.) TIA...

I don't believe you can. It's an all or nothing feature.

Well you could in the old generic selling page (which I'm still using) but they appear to have left a lot of functions out of the "new & improved" Hub.

Try this

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/unpaid-item-assistant.html

Turning off Unpaid Item Assistant for a specific transaction:

  1. Go to My eBay > Sold or Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment.

  2. Find the transaction for which you'd like to turn off Unpaid Item Assistant.

  3. From the More actions drop-down menu, select Turn off Unpaid Item Assistant.

Thanks but that is where the procedure fails because that is what seems to have got lost off the new Seller Hub page. That is where I remember it to be on the old page.

Good news - I found it finally! Its still available on the listing itself. If you go to the listing thats awaiting payment you can find the option there. I clicked on it and it brought up the right form to turn off the UPI for that listing only. All good now and thanks for all your help.

Yes you can turn off the UPI assistant for songle transactions.  Just wait for it to show in your awaiting payment page then use the drop down box and select turn off UPI assistant for this transaction.  It is very simply to do.

Good Luck Selling!

I tried this and my options showed a button for turning on the Unpaid Item Assistant, but there was nothing available for turning it off.

It would be off, then - it's an off/on toggle.
