I am a little embarrassed to be asking this. I noticed as I was completing a listing that my returns policy had mistakenly changed to "returns not accepted". I always offered "free returns". I corrected it. But because I usually just "sell similar" when I create new listings in order to keep my template the same, I looked back through a few of my listings and they too were set as "no returns accepted". Here's my question: how can I sort my listings by returns condition? It used to be easy to sort by this condition, but I can't find a way to develop a list by returns accepted. Do you have any suggestions?

The easiest way to do this would be by use of the business policies tool.
I think you might be able to do it with the bulk editing tool on your active listings page as well.
On this policies page you will be able to see how many listings are set to which business policy, and you'll also be able to see what the items actually are.

@thecollectionbuyer Try using Bulk Edit, then set your return policy in bulk to whatever return policy you like. You don't have to sort between no returns and free returns, just change it all to free returns (30 day or 60 day).
