I had an item for sale. The other day when that 15% coupon was active, he messaged me and asked me to lower my price by 20.00. I declined. I said I was sorry but price is firm.

He sent me another message and asked me to lower by 15.00. I declined respectively and he then shot back a message telling me not to be stubborn and how no one is looking at my item but him so I need to make it lower, etc. He was acting childish.

Today he is still messaging me back.

I blocked him that day he initially wrote me and today he is writing me under a new username. I just want him to go away and leave me alone. Blocking isn't helping.

How do I report him?

ETA: He just wrote another message:

Who cares cry baby.. lol.

This was in response to me asking him to leave me alone or I'd report him.

Just stop replying and next time do not engage, one reply is sufficient.

I realize that. But I don't want him to write me back or to bid on anything I have for sale. When you block someone, they can still message you and buy from you?

If you block a buyer they cannot buy from you (under that user id), there is an option in your setting to block messages from users on your blocked list (again only that id). The block on messages won't work IF you have had a recent (60 - 90 days?) transaction.

Thanks. I didn't realize I had to block messages from blocked buyers. Now let me see if I can find it. lol

I realize though that all he has to do is create another ID. I will completely ignore him from here on out. He'll get bored and go play elsewhere.

Stop replying. And just keep blocking as he makes up new names.

Eventually he will get bored and go bother someone else.

And of course you can call ebay and ask them to compare IP addresses. Ask them to make a note of his harrassment. If he keeps doing it, they will take action, eventually.
